ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
➢ All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
➢ Purpose of submission (Presentation or Poster) must be stated clearly between brackets at the end of abstract title and in the comment section in the abstract submission form.
➢ There is a limit of two contributed submissions per registered author.
➢ The deadline for abstract submission is Midnight, (9:59 pm GMT) on August, 15th, 2020.
➢ Abstracts should only be submitted online and by the deadline.
➢ Authors should indicate their presentation preference: oral or poster. The Conference Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
➢ The title of the abstract must be in all caps and must not exceed 15 Words.
➢ Limit the abstract to a maximum of 250 words and should concisely summarize the basic content of the paper without presenting wide details.
➢ Use a single space between sentences, size fonts 12 point, and theme fonts Times New Roman.
➢ Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. Example: LC (liquid chromatography), before being used as an abbreviation only.
➢ Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas, or related areas, listed in the section topics of this website.
➢ NO complex formulas, illustrations, figures, or photos and will be deleted by the editors.
➢ The abstract should be informative and representative of your article or poster as possible.
After submission:
- After submission, you will receive an automatic reply. o You will receive an email with your abstract ID.
- If you encounter any problems during the submission process or you do not receive any confirmation by email, please contact us at covid.conf2020@azhar.edu.eg
- The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via email by August 25th, 2020
